Before Ron joined FranNet as a consultant, he was a client. Ron’s entry into franchising came in 2003, when he attended a FranNet seminar. Guided by FranNet’s coaching, Ron learned how to navigate the franchise selection process; after finding a franchised business that could fulfill his goals, he purchased it and managed it successfully for years.
Eventually Ron’s positive experience with FranNet brought him back – this time, as a franchise consultant with unique perspective and insight.
Prior to becoming a franchise owner, Ron worked in the automotive and aerospace industries, holding a variety of progressive positions in engineering, operations, business development, and management. Ron’s corporate career and broad base of business knowledge allow him to uniquely relate to anyone considering a move from the corporate world to the world of franchise ownership.
Since 2003 John has facilitated ABCPNG (Always Be Connecting Power Networking Group) in Rochester and has helped hundreds of people find new jobs. “After my first conversation with Ron Livecchi I realized that becoming a Franchise Consultant with FranNet was a logical extension of the work I had done with ABCPNG. FranNet offered me a chance to give people another path in career transition. The response has been incredible and I’m having a blast coaching people through the FranNet process.”
John grew up in Buffalo and Syracuse and has spent his entire professional career, over 35 years, in Rochester. He has a BA from Hamilton College and an MBA from The Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. With a background in the banking, telecommunications and software industries, most recently as VP of Operations at two software startups, John is well qualified to help clients find a franchise that they will love owning, running and growing.
Ken has 20+ years of experience working in the private sector developing commercial, government and military electronics products. Over the years Ken has worked for companies of various sizes, products and business strategies and has experience developing and managing both small and large scale projects. Ken holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
Since early in his career Ken had a desire to help people find and start a business. As a Franchise consultant, Ken has a desire to introduce people to the benefits of franchising and discover if franchising is right for them.
